2012 Seasonal Camping Rate: $2,358.00
$65 Married or $40 per individual Non-refundable background and credit check fee required.
Payment Schedule
$345 Reservation deposit due on or before October 15. Balance of season to be paid in six (6) payments starting January 1 through June 1. New seasonal applicants are required to pay $345 deposit (with application) and rent through the month they are entering into a Lease Agreement. If later than May 1st, rent is to be paid in full. A $10.00 GATE PASS DEPOSIT PER SIGNER IS DUE AT LEASE SIGNING.
