2008 Seasonal Rates  $2,100.00

Payment Schedule

$295 Reservation deposit due on or before October 15. Balance of season to be paid in six (6) payments starting January 1 through June 1.  New seasonals are required to pay $295 deposit (with application) and rent through the month they are entering into a Lease Agreement. If  later than May 1st, rent is to be paid in full. A $20.00 GATE PASS DEPOSIT FOR 2 GATE CARDS IS DUE AT LEASE SIGNING.
 Electric hookup is lessee's responsibility through Delaware Electric Coop.

  Annual Rentals
Annual Rental Rates include Water and Sewer $285.00 per Month.   Electric* hookup is lessee's responsibility through Delaware Electric Coop.

*30 and 50 amp service available at each site.

An application must be completed and accepted by our office prior to leasing a Seasonal or Annual lot.  There is a $40.00 application fee.
