A note from Mid-Atlantic Shore Properties, Inc.
As a State of Delaware licensed campground, we are bound by the laws that have been imposed by the Governor’s office during the State of Emergency and as we begin Phase I of reopen the state. We take these laws very seriously and are bound to uphold these orders. These are the Governor’s orders, not ours.
While we have been granted an exception to open for our Seasonal residents to “as necessary” maintain their properties. Visits are to be limited and not for the purpose of vacationing. Those who are considered “essential” may remain on-site. Out of state visitors must quarantine during the length of their stay or up to 14 days. We are required to monitor this situation closely and report any violations to law enforcement.
Irregardless of whether you agree with the Governor’s orders, our obligation is to take them seriously and report any abuse during the State of Emergency.
Phase I of reopening Delaware begins on June 1st. Some businesses will begin to reopen. The Resort will open back up for all guests and overnight camping. Face Coverings will be required in all Public places along with Social Distancing rules for gatherings of more than 10 people. This includes areas within the resort and during any outdoor activities. The Quarantine for out-of-state guests will be lifted. Everything is subject to change almost daily.
We will make every effort to keep you apprised of any changes that will affect Tall Pines Campground as they become available.
For more information about Phase I, please see the complete Phase I Delaware Economic Reopening Guidance..
We ask that you please enjoy the time you can spend at the Resort, but please abide by the orders while you are here. Please do not take advantage of the limited capabilities to visit your site. We do not want to be forced to ban anyone not following the guidelines or worse, the cancelation of your License Agreement.
