2026 Seasonal Camping Rates

$4,848.00 For the 2026 Season. It can be paid in payments of $808.00 per month January through June

Season: April 1st - October 31st

$50 per individual applicant non-refundable background and credit check fee required.

Copy of last two pay stubs or Proof of Income is required with application.

Payment Schedule

$405 Winter Storage/Registration fee is due on or before October 15th. Balance of season to be paid in six (6) payments of $808.00, starting January 1st through June 1st.

New seasonal applicants are required to pay $405 Registration Fee (with application) and rent through the month they are entering into a License Agreement. If signing your License Agreement later than May 1st, the total seasonal rate is to be paid in full.

A $10.00 GATE PASS fee per site. (Only one gate card per site permitted)

Delaware Electric Coop.

Electric hookup is lessee's responsibility through Delaware Electric Coop.

Comcast Xfinity

Cable TV, Phone and Internet through Comcast.
